The Gosainkunda Trek is undoubtedly some of the most gorgeous high-altitude scenery in the Nepal Himalaya. It is relatively accessible for fit individuals via the Gosainkunda Trek and not too crowded with hikers.
The highlights include the sunrise from Laurebina, the high-altitude lakes of the Gosainkunda, and the pass at an exhausting 4,610m.
Day 4: Mangengoth to Phedi: 4 hours hike
Cool weather in the higher elevations, but nice views. Phedi sits at a chilly 3,730 m.
Day 5: Phedi to Laurebina via Gosainkunda: 7.5 hours
Steep ascent to the pass at 4,610 m, highest elevation so far. Beautiful lakes at Gosainkunda where a pilgrimage takes place every year.
Day 6: Laurebina to Bamboo (Part of Langtang Valley Trek): 8 hours
